Blog Short: Rushing Into Your Day

You don’t have to rush into your day to deserve a good one.

You don’t have to wake up already behind.

You don’t have to earn rest by exhausting yourself first.

And you definitely don’t need to sprint through your morning to prove you’re productive.

A slow start isn’t laziness.

Sometimes it’s care.

Sometimes it’s listening to your body before the noise of the world gets louder.

Drink your coffee slowly.

Open the blinds.

Take a deep breath before checking your phone.

Let yourself arrive in the day gently.

You are allowed to create a life that feels softer.
